How does WebClerk operate?

Simply put, WebClerk operates off of a kind of server side cookie ( a small chunk of information stored about the user). WebClerk keeps track of its user(s) by maintaining a unique numeric ID for each time the user logs into the website. WebClerk is database-driven, and the number is filled in automatically whenever a user logs onto the site.
